My approach combines the experience and immediacy of working from life with the careful craftsmanship of traditional oil painting.
I begin your artwork during the wedding, capturing the setting, light, movement, and emotion of the day. I then return to my studio to refine the details, develop the likenesses, and bring the entire composition together, transforming them into a timeless piece of art to cherish for generations.
Hi, I’m Jessi!
I am best known for my work in oil painting. I have been painting professionally since receiving my BFA in Painting from Maryland Institute College of Art in 2013. I am interested in the way tone and color react to one another and create life and interest within my art. My passion lies in constantly rediscovering this through representational painting.
With live wedding painting, I bring that same studio-trained approach to one of life's most important moments. I love the balance of plan air painting and returning to the studio to give each piece the care and attention it deserves.
I currently create either onsite or in my studio in Auburn, NH. My work resides in homes across the U.S.
